Return & Refund Policy – Pourify Webshop


Effective Date: February 26, 2025


Thank you for shopping with Pourify! We strive to provide industry-leading beverage management solutions for your business. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns


You may return your Pourify products within 30 days of receiving your order if:

✔ The item is unused and in its original condition.

✔ The item is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

✔ You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


If the product has been used, is damaged, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return or offer only a partial refund.


📌 For Business Customers (B2B Orders): Returns may be subject to additional conditions or restocking fees (see Section 10).

2. How to Initiate a Return


To start a return, please follow these steps:


1️⃣ Contact us at support@pourify.com with your order number and reason for return.

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

3️⃣ Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Pourify will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Refunds


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status:


✔ Approved: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

❌ Rejected: If the return does not meet our criteria, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back at your expense.


🚨 Important:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

• Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at support@pourify.com within 7 days of delivery.


📸 Please include photos of:

• The damaged/defective item

• The packaging (if applicable)

• Your order details


We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


🚫 Software subscriptions or digital services

🚫 Customized or personalized items

🚫 Items purchased from third-party resellers (contact the reseller directly)

🚫 Used or damaged products not covered under warranty

7. Order Cancellations


Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you must follow the return process.


💡 Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: Cancellation policies may vary. Check product descriptions before ordering.

8. Warranty Claims


Pourify products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (see [Warranty Policy]).


If your product develops a defect outside the 30-day return window, please refer to our Warranty Policy or contact support@pourify.com.

9. International Returns & Refunds


For international customers, return policies remain the same, but:

• Customs duties & import taxes paid on the order are non-refundable.

• Customers must ensure the return complies with local customs regulations.

• If a return shipment is held at customs due to incorrect paperwork, Pourify is not responsible for additional fees or delays.

10. Restocking Fees (For B2B Orders & High-Value Returns)


For B2B orders or returns exceeding €500, a restocking fee of 10-15% may apply if the return is not due to a defect or shipping error.


This fee covers:

✔ Inspection & testing of the returned product

✔ Repackaging & administrative handling


💡 Why? This discourages unnecessary returns from business clients while covering handling costs.

11. Refunds for Bundled Purchases or Promotions


If you return a product that was part of a bundle, discount, or promotional offer, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly:

• If returning only part of a bundle, the remaining items will be charged at their full, non-discounted price, and the refund will reflect this.

• Free items included as a promotion must also be returned, or their full value will be deducted from the refund.

12. Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please:

1️⃣ Check your bank account again.

2️⃣ Contact your credit card provider—it may take additional processing time.

3️⃣ If the issue persists, contact us at support@pourify.com.

13. Unauthorized Returns


Returns without prior approval from our support team may be rejected or subject to additional handling fees.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law


In the event of a dispute regarding returns or refunds, customers agree to resolve the issue informally by contacting support@pourify.com first.

• If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled under Dutch law, with [Insert Preferred Court or Arbitration Process] as the venue.

15. Right to Modify the Policy

Pourify reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future purchases.
